Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Key Line Osaka website (unbenstras.top) and enrolment in adult piano lessons provided at 1-8-15 Shinsaibashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka 542-0085, Japan. By using the site or booking lessons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Eligibility

Lessons are offered to adults aged eighteen and over only. Guardians of minors should seek other studios; we do not operate youth programmes. Website visitors may browse informational pages regardless of age, but lesson contracts are formed only with eligible adults.

Bookings and fees

Lesson fees, package lengths, and payment methods are confirmed in writing before a term begins. Prices on informal conversations are estimates until confirmed by email. Payment is due according to the schedule stated on your invoice. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future bookings.

Cancellation and lateness

Please give at least forty-eight hours’ notice to reschedule a private lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full unless we agree otherwise due to documented emergency. Arriving late does not automatically extend the lesson beyond the reserved end time, as rooms are sequenced for other students.

Studio conduct

Students must treat instruments, furniture, and other guests with care. Food and drinks other than closed water bottles are not permitted near keyboards. Recording of lessons requires prior consent from the teacher. We reserve the right to end a lesson or decline future bookings in cases of harassment, unsafe behaviour, or repeated disruption.

Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information about Key Line Osaka. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all descriptions remain current at every moment. Photographs illustrate the atmosphere of our rooms and may not depict a specific lesson time. Links to third-party maps or resources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

Studio branding, site text, and original materials remain our property or that of our licensors. Sheet music used in lessons is subject to publishers’ copyright. Students must use lawful editions and must not copy protected scores unlawfully.

Liability

To the extent permitted under Japanese law, Key Line Osaka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or lesson participation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Japanese statutes. Personal belongings brought to the studio remain your responsibility.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy under Japan’s APPI and PPC guidance. Cookie practices are described in our Cookies Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Osaka shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or studio services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
